Jill Malat has practiced criminal defense law for over 15 years. She has a great deal of experience representing adults and juveniles on misdemeanors and felony matters. She has spent the last two years advocating for reform for foster youth. Ms. Malat's extensive criminal defense experience involves representing adults being charged under Washington's three strikes law, homicide, vehicular homicide, complex fraud cases, sexual assaults, aggravated assaults and many other serious felonies. Ms. Malat spent many years representing juveniles in decline hearings, serious felonies, misdemeanors and juvenile drug court.
